The purpose of this policy is to establish access requirements for Ohio Department of Administrative Services (DAS) employees, contractors, temporary personnel and other agents of the state who use, access, support, or manage DAS-managed information systems; establish background screening and rescreening criteria; define security requirements for separations or transfers; and identify the penalties for noncompliance.
