Will Lucas

Northwest Ohio entrepreneur and content creator Will Lucas is founder and CEO at Creadio, a marketing and production agency, and brand manager for both AfroTech and Black Tech Green Money.

AfroTech is the largest Black tech digital platform and conference globally, hosting more than 12,000 Black people in technology annually in Silicon Valley the AfroTech homecoming. Black Tech Green Money is an imprint of AfroTech which explores insights for creating wealth and legacy in tech, media, and business through the Black Tech Green Money podcast, video productions, and national live events.

Outside of his business endeavors, Lucas serves on the University of Toledo Board of Trustees and the Ohio Casino Control Commission, the InnovateOhio executive advisory board and served as co-chair of a national small business committee in 2012. He previously served on the boards of directors for Ohio Council of Community Schools, Kids Unlimited, and Lucas County CASA.

Widely recognized as a leading technology entrepreneur, Business Insider listed Lucas among the 25 most influential African Americans in tech in 2013 and 46 most important African Americans in technology in 2014. He was also named in the top ten Blacks in tech to look out for in 2013 by The Grio; the 40 diverse people in tech who made big moves in 2015 by TechCrunch; and the top 14 Black entrepreneurs in technology in 2019 by Tech Funnel.

Lucas earned an associate and bachelor’s degrees in technical studies and organization technology from the University of Toledo.
