Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
The Office of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (ODEI) assists agencies embrace diversity and inclusion on their path to establishing equity in state government services. The state diversity, equity and inclusion team focuses on providing support around the state’s greatest asset, its employees, to create inclusive work culture that promotes the best and most equitable public service.
ODEI handles compliance, education, and enforcement for the State enterprise on all aspects of diversity, equity, accessibility, and inclusion. The State EEO Coordinator, State ADA Coordinator, and Ohio's Disability Inclusion Program are all part of ODEI.
