Shane Black brings 10 years of experience in human resources, management and problem solving to his position. He began his state government career while he was a student at Capital Law School as a legal intern with our Office of Collective Bargaining where he concentrated on labor relations.

He later joined the DAS Office of Legal Services as associate counsel focusing on employment law and human resources policy.
