Kristen Noble Rankin was appointed Deputy Director of the Office of Collective Bargaining (OCB) in 2016.

She began her career as a legal intern in OCB in 2003 and served in several roles, including labor relations specialist, labor counsel, general counsel, policy administrator and assistant deputy director.

Rankin received a Bachelor of Arts in English and a J.D. from The Ohio State University and was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 2005.

Prior to law school, she was editorial assistant for the Office of the President at The Ohio State University.
