Central Service Agency

The Central Service Agency (CSA) provides budgetary, fiscal, payroll and human resources services to 24 state professional licensing boards and other boards and commissions. CSA services are provided both as a statutory mandate (ORC 125.22) for boards and commissions as well as at the request of other boards and commissions seeking cost-efficiency through, centralized service. In addition to saving money, centralization of these services ensures each board’s compliance with Ohio laws and state policies governing purchasing, budgeting, hiring, employment, EEO, labor relations and more.
