Scheduled maintenance may occur occasionally on Wednesdays from 5:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m.
Scheduled mainframe outages will occur once each month. The scheduled outages each month will occur at 6:00 p.m. and end at 9:00 p.m. Outages will be abbreviated or canceled when possible. Operations may quiescence online applications (TSO, ROSCOE, CICS, etc.) anytime between 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. If you are working online during this interval, you could lose your connection. Perform frequent 'saves' to protect your changes.
Twice per year, OIT schedules longer outages. If maintenance schedules do not require an extended outage, the outage will be shortened to a regular 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. outage or canceled.
Mainframe Services maintenance is scheduled on the 2nd Sunday of each month from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
Every Wednesday from 6:00 p.m. to Midnight
Every Tuesday from 3:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m.
Note: If a scheduled maintenance is required outside of the Unified Network Services standard maintenance window, a customer notification will be sent 7 days prior via the Customer Service Center.
