SUMS Resource Center

Welcome to the OIT Service Usage Management System (SUMS) Resource Center. From here, OIT Customers will be able to request access and login to the SUMS system, obtain forms, training material, and other reference materials.

The SUMS System will allow users to view and track their agency’s IT usage and cost. Users will have access to run detailed reports at multiple levels from agency level to the specific Job Number. In addition, SUMS also gives OIT Customers the ability to print duplicate invoices.

Access to SUMS:

SUMS User Login

This link will direct users to the SUMS login menu

New SUMS Users

Before a new user can granted access to SUMS, each agency must first identify an Access Administrator for SUMS. If you do not know who the Access Administrator is for your agency, please refer to your Agency’s CIO or other designee.

New users must complete the SUMS Security Request Form and submit it to their agency’s Access Administrator who will sign and forward the information to the OIT Business Office for processing.

Please contact us through the Customer Service Center (See Contact Information below) if you are unable to determine who the Access Administrator is for your agency
