Tips for completing "Inclusive Listening: Pushing Through Our Biases"

Recently we have been receiving reports of issues Ohio Learn users are experiencing when completing the Inclusive Listening: Pushing Through Our Biases training. We believe these issues are related to a large volume of traffic on the Ohio Learn site, as well as the training being launched from remote working locations. As we continue to work improve the user experience when viewing this training, the following are some helpful tips to assist you when completing the Inclusive Listening training.

Clear the cache of your browser. Click here for instructions on cache clearing.
Ensure that your browser is updated
Log in and launch the training using an alternative browser (i.e., Firefox or Internet Explorer).
