Learning on Demand (LOD) is the State of Ohio’s e-learning portal. It is a just-in-time e-learning resource and support tool that will enhance your professional development and technical skills. LOD is your gateway to learning when and where you need it. You can learn new skills to improve work performance.

We are delighted to share the new and exciting enhancements to the program. Learning on Demand-Percipio is coming to the State of Ohio on August 30, 2021. The Percipio Platform will ensure a positive learning experience for all learners.

What kinds of training programs are available?

LOD offers virtual learning opportunities on a wide variety of topics and skills, including:

  • Business skills (customer service, communication skills, diversity, management, etc.)
  • Desktop skills (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • IT skills (software design, web development, IT security, etc.)
  • Adobe Creative Cloud skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
  • Live Events are (live virtual events featuring world-renowned experts.)
  • LOD offers learning programs tailored for agencies specific initiatives.

How do I access Learning on Demand opportunities?

  • myohio.gov.
  • Sign on with your OH|ID Workforce User ID (formally referred to as the State of Ohio User ID) and Password. User ID and Passwords are case sensitive. Be sure your caps lock key is off.
  • Click on My Workspace, then select Applications and click Learning on Demand.
