Learning on Demand (LOD) is the State of Ohio’s e-learning portal. It is just-in-time e-learning resource and support tool that will enhance your professional development and technical skills. LOD is your gateway to learning when and where you need it. You can learn new skills  to improve work performance.

What other kinds of programs are available?

LOD offers virtual learning opportunities on a wide variety of topics and skills, including: 

  • Business skills (customer service, communication skills, management, etc.)
  • Desktop skills (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • IT skills (software design, web development, IT security, etc.)
  • Adobe Creative Cloud skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
  • Live Events are (live virtual events featuring world-renowned experts.)
  • LOD offers learning programs tailored for agencies specific initiatives.

How do I access Learning on Demand opportunities?

  • Sign on with your OH|ID Workforce User ID (formally referred to as the State of Ohio User ID) and Password. User ID and Passwords are case sensitive. Be sure your caps lock key is off.
  • Click on My Workspace, then select Applications and click Learning on Demand.

Equity is a powerful concept — and one that we all believe in. But how do we make it a reality?

The third Leadercamp in the Leadercamp series, "Truth, Hope, and Equity in a Disrupted World," will take a holistic approach as we examine both cultural shifts and current programs and initiatives. Together, we will uncover ways to help advance equity for all.

This in-depth interactive session will be led by La'Wana Harris, celebrated author, community activist, certified diversity coach, and transformational speaker. Learn how to be an effective champion for meaningful and genuine equity.

La’Wana Harris, CDE, ACC, is a Certified Diversity Executive, an ICF Credentialed Coach, and a global leadership development professional who has dedicated her career to aligning performance with business strategy.

La’Wana has received numerous industry and community awards — most recently, as one of 2018’s 100 Most Inspiring People in the life-sciences industry by PharmaVOICE magazine. She also received the Women in Leadership award from the National Black MBA Association and was invited to join the Forbes Coaches Council. She currently serves on the global board of directors for the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association.

She is servant leader, foreign and domestic missionary, and a passionate activist, who believes in meeting people where they are to combat racism, poverty, and injustice.
