State Payroll Processing


The HCM Payroll Support Team is responsible for processing the State of Ohio payroll. We provide payroll support and oversight for state agencies to help ensure that state employees are paid regularly and accurately. We coordinate with financial institutions to make sure that direct deposit paychecks are properly deposited into employee checking accounts. 


The HCM Payroll Attachment Team is responsible for processing all court ordered attachment of employee wages. These include state and federal garnishments; child and spousal support orders; IRS tax levies; and bankruptcies. We review the orders to ensure that they are in accordance with federal and state statutes, maintain a database of all records, ensure the proper attachment from employee wages, and remit those wages to the proper jurisdiction. 


We also provide assistance and training to Agency Payroll Specialists.
