HCM Benefits supports agency benefits staff in processing employee benefits. We provide training and assistance for agencies to maintain their employees' benefit elections in OAKS HCM. We are responsible to ensure employees and their eligible dependents are correctly enrolled in health, dental, vision, pharmacy, disability, and leave plans.
