Starting on June 12th, 2020, the WILMAPC Provider Panel will have a new look and updated functionality. WILMAPC with the assistance of the Department of Administrative Services (DAS) have updated the provider panel website to have more secure access for providers to log in and view their contact information and scores, and a faster search response time for injured workers searching for WILMAPC providers. These updates are coupled with a new improved design that allows easy navigation for utilizing the WILMAPC Provider Panel.
Due to the improved access security, providers who have not created an account or logged in by June 12, 2020, will need to contact WILMAPC for assistance. Please contact WILMAPC at 614-644-0496 or by email at dasocbinfo@das.ohio.gov with any questions.
If your name does not appear on the WILMAPC Approved Provider Panel but you are interested in being included, please contact WILMAPC at (614) 466-0570 for more information.
The third quarter performance scores for measurement period ending 09/30/2020 have been posted. To check your score(s), log in to the WILMAPC Provider Panel (link below). If you have any questions, please call 614-466-0570.
If you have questions regarding your score, please refer to the Approving Provider Performance Measurement Methodology.
Providers: Up-to-date contact information is important in ensuring that injured workers are able to contact your office to schedule an appointment. If you do not know your username or password, please contact WILMAPC at (614)466-0570 or by email das.ocbinfo@das.ohio.gov.
