The Ohio Office of Information Technology (OIT) maintains and administers the Call Center Management Information System (CC MIS).
This service is available to State of Ohio agencies, boards, and commissions. The CC MIS is
designed to help supervisors plan, manage, and monitor their Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) operation by collecting statistics on the performance of equipment and personnel.
Supervisors manage their agents through menus accessed at a supervisor terminal.
At Call Centers, a group of employees, referred to as "agents", handle large numbers of
incoming calls to available agents, thereby increasing the call center’s call
handling capabilities. Supervisors use the CC MIS as a tool in monitoring ACD agents
as they handle ACD calls. In addition to monitoring, supervisors also use the CC MIS
to plan and manage the ACD operation.

CALLING IN ON THE BRIDGES Callers will have their ‘roll-call’ person call in five (5) minutes prior to the start of the bridge in-order to Initiate the bridge call.
