PLEASE NOTE: These forms are in Adobe's Acrobat format, and require the Acrobat Reader software to open, display and print.

Some users have reported difficulties displaying the W-2 forms in their Web browsers. This appears to be caused by an incompatibility between some Acrobat forms and Web browser displays. If you experience difficulties (error messages, etc.) when you click on the link to one of these files, download the file directly to your PC, then double-click on the file to open it in Acrobat Reader. To download the file instead of opening it in your Web browser:

1. With this Web page (not the PDF file) open in your browser window, if you are using a Windows or Unix computer, right-click on the link to the file. On a Macintosh computer, hold down the mouse button until the context menu appears.
   
   
2. From the context menu, select "Save Target As...." if you are using Internet Explorer, or "Save link as...." if you are using Netscape Navigator or Communicator.
   
   
3. In the Save As dialog box, choose a directory to save the file in, then click "Save."

(These instructions for downloading and saving the W-2 form on your computer have been tested using only the Web browsers mentioned above. The methods that will work for you may be different for your software and your hardware.)
