You can select a health plan if it serves the county in which you live or work. This map shows the health plans, in addition to Ohio Med, that serve each county. Because OhioMed is available in all counties, it is not represented on the map.
The numeric codes for the health plans and the color codes for the dental plans are listed in the key at the right. The dental plans for exempt employees are available to you based on the county where you live. If you live in a county served by DeltaPreferred, you must enroll for that plan. If you live in a county not served by DeltaPreferred, you may choose either DeltaPreferred or DeltaPremier. |
