The Ohio Employee Exchange Program

The state has recently adopted a program to allow state employees who are exempt from bargaining units to be temporarily assigned to work in a different organization within state government, other governmental entities, or private sector organizations to learn or teach skills to improve the operation of government. The program is called the Employee Exchange Program.
