Ms. Dohn, a Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP), has more than 20 years experience in the chemical dependency treatment field and is in her 16th year with the Ohio EAP. She was an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) consultant for the Ohio Industrial Commission, helping to implement EAPs for business and industry throughout the State of Ohio. She has also served as President of the Boards of Maryhaven, the House of Hope for Alcoholics and the Columbus Area Council on Alcoholism and is a member of the Employee Assistance Professional Association (EAPA).

KENNETH
T. KIRKSEY, M.S.W, LISW, CEAP
Assistant Director (Health Planning Administrator 2)
Mr. Kirksey is in his 10th year with the Ohio EAP. He has a Master of Social Work Degree and is a Licensed Independent Social worker (LISW). Mr. Kirksey is a graduate of the Franklin County Prevention Institute Leadership Program, a member of the National Association of Social Workers and a Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP). He is also a consultant with a private EAP agency serving businesses in Central Ohio. He also served on the Boards of Southeast Community Mental Health Center and the Luke/Drewry Scholarship Foundation, a foundation that assists minority students interested in attending college.

W. BENSING, M.Ed.
Clinical Director (Health Planning Administrator 1)
Mr. Bensing has a Master of Science Degree in Social Agency Counseling and has completed 24 hours of post-Master’s clinical study. He has more than 20 years experience providing mental health treatment services in a wide range of clinical settings and is in his 7 th year with the Ohio EAP.

CATHY
J. MOCKUS, M.Ed., LSW, APP
Interventions Coordinator (Human Services Program Consultant)
Ms. Mockus is a 22-year State employee. Her experience includes 15 years in psychiatric services and three years in the HIV/AIDS field. In addition, she has facilitated chemical dependency, conflict resolution and human sexuality groups. She has a Master of Education Degree and is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW). She is a Service Employees International Union (1199) Executive Board member and also serves as Treasurer of the SEIU 1199 Central Region Lavender Caucus. She believes in holistic health care and has met the qualifications for an Associate Polarity Practitioner.

L. SHUTT, B.S., LICDC
Field Services Coordinator
(Social Worker 3)
Ms. Shutt has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Corrections and more than 20 years experience working in the mental health, chemical dependency and corrections field. Her experience has included working with both adolescents and adults. She is a Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor (LICDC) and a Certified Field Traumatologist.

CYNTHIA PENN, BSSW, LSW
Intake Coordinator (Social Worker 2)
Mrs. Penn, a Licensed Social Worker (LSW), has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Social Work and is a 17-year State employee. She has 19 years experience as a social worker, primarily in the areas of juvenile corrections, adult and youth substance abuse and adult mental health.
WILLIAM CARTWRIGHT, M.A., LCDCIII
Intake Coordinator (Social Worker 2)
Mr. Cartwright has more than 13 years of counseling experience, primarily in substance abuse, but also in adult mental health, domestic violence, HIV/AIDS and drug/mental health court-ordered counseling. He has a Master's Degree in Counseling and is a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor III. He was a college instructor and also a member of New Hampshire's State Chemical Dependency Board.
JUANITA FRENCH, B.S.
Intake Coordinator (Social Worker 2)
Ms. French has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Employee Assistance Counseling. She has 13 years of mental health and substance abuse counseling experience, working with both adults and juveniles in a corrections setting. She has done educational assessments and facilitated groups for sex offenders. She was also a contract counselor for court-ordered clients at Maryhaven's MESA/MACC program in Columbus.
ELLEN (DUPLESSIS) STINER, BSSW, LSW, LICDC
Education and Training Coordinator (Training Officer)
Ms. Stiner has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Social Work and has taken graduate level course work in chemical dependency and social therapy. She has more than 20 years experience in the mental health and chemical dependency fields and is both a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) and a Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor.

CHRIS MESNER, B.F.A.
Education and Training Coordinator (Training Officer)
Ms. Mesner has more than 20 years training experience, in both the public and private sectors. She has trained on such topics as career development, time and stress management, communication skills, computer skills, conflict resolution, and customer service. She is certified to train the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and the Franklin Covey Time Management courses and is also an experienced meeting facilitator.
JAMES GALBO, M.S., CEAP

Mr. Galbo has more than 13 years experience in the EAP field and has worked in the chemical dependency treatment field for 19 years. He has a Master’s Degree in counseling from Butler University and is a Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP). He was an EAP Manager with AT&T and Lucent Technologies providing EAP services to a three-state region. He was a chemical dependency counselor and family group facilitator at St. Vincent Stress Center in Indianapolis and is also a member of the Employee Assistance Professional Association (EAPA).
