PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Eligibility and Application Instructions

Eligibility

Project Management I and II are open to state, county and local Ohio government employees.

Project Management II requires successful completion of Project Management I prior to registration.


Application Guidelines and Instructions

Attendance is required at all classes for the 14 week series. Obtain your agency approval prior to submitting your application.

A mandatory pre-course assessment session is scheduled approximately three weeks prior to the start date of the program.

  • Complete the Personal Information, Employee Job Information and Program Choice sections. The application must be fully completed before you will be considered for enrollment.
  • FOR PROJECT MANAGEMENT LEVEL I only, in addition to the application, on a single page, provide your responses to the following questions:
    1. List the TOP THREE skills you would like to improve upon over the 14-weeks as related to Project Management
    2. In one paragraph describe your experience working as a team member, team leader and/or titled project manager.
    3. List the computer application software you are familiar with and your level of expertise (example:  Excel- Intro; Word- Advanced; PowerPoint-Intro)
    4. Do you have your PMP?
    5. Do you have remote access to work (or home) email address?
