Course Description and Topics |
Developing People focuses on a model for discussing performance and development opportunities that produces "win-win" agreements between manager and employee. It features a public sector case study on interactive video. Participants follow a state government manager as she tries to develop her employees, assessing her and the employee's impact on the employee's development. Key Topics:
