The State of Ohio Standard Requirements for Public Facility Construction ("Standard Requirements") and the Standard SAO contracts
and forms are the property of the State of Ohio Department of Administrative Services
("DAS") and are for public use only. The Standard Requirements and the standard
SAO contracts and forms, including the electronic files, shall not be distributed
or altered in any way by the user without first obtaining the express written
consent of DAS.
Permission
is hereby granted to complete the SAO contracts and forms by "filling in the blanks." Permission is not granted to alter the graphic design, content or context of any
contract or form, except as provided in this notice.
Any
public Owner utiltizing the Standard Requirements and
the standard SAO contracts and forms for a locally administered construction project
shall remove the ADM number, or any other DAS identifying number or name, listed
