Project
Scope:
Phase I: Temporary repairs to PVC roofing systems and copper roof; associated metal work, and sealants; and repair of miscellaneous roof accessories.
Phase II: Demolish all existing roofs and install new roof system, including copper roofing, dormer siding, trim, flashings,
support brackets, internal copper gutter liner, and other miscellaneous items.

| Demolish and replace existing decorative copper façade to match the original and interface with the new copper roof system. The façade structure is to be supplemented to with stand 90 mph wind conditions, and to receive an underlayment to facilitate water resistance.
Repairs to the existing concrete roof deck and concrete support structure.
