Project Scope:
Construction of a new student center and parking garage.
The 292,000 sq. ft. building serves as a link between the upper and lower campus areas of the University and includes a dining facility accommodating up to 400.
Also included is a coffee house, game room, ballroom, meeting spaces, auditorium, gift shops, an art gallery, and a parking garage.

The exterior of the building has a "Georgian Renaissance" type architecture composed of a blend of brick, soldier brick and stone; balconies; arched entrance ways and windows.
The outdoor areas include an entry plaza with an arrival/drop off point for visitors, and green space that serves as an extension of the existing Emeriti Park. |
