McPherson Laboratory Rehabilitation

Project Scope: Demolition and total rehabilitation of approximately 112,000 s.f. to meet the teaching and research needs of the Departments of Chemistry and Astronomy within the College of Mathematical and Physical Sciences. Also, a new addition of approx. 12,300 s.f. was constructed on the east side of the current building. A service access area was also required to provide for deliveries of fragile or bulky equipment.
