The State of Ohio periodically declares a large variety of articles  to be surplus to their needs and commissions them to be sold to the highest bidder. Organizations, individuals and the general public are encouraged to attend this great offering of many usable items. 

Auctioneer's Note:  All articles shown or listed are subject for use in or sale to other State agencies until the auction.   Actual items shown or listed may not be available the day of the auction.  All sales to the highest bidder with no minimum or reserve bids. 

TERMS: Cash, cashiers check, and Credit cards accepted. All methods of payment other than cash must be approved by Cassel & Associates. NO EXCEPTIONS!! Payments must be made in full, day of sale. All items must be removed by date indicated following the auction. Certain methods of payment subject to IRS regulations. All participants must register day of auction.
