All methods of payment other than cash must be approved by Cassel & Associates. NO EXCEPTIONS!! Payments must be made in full, day of sale or minimum deposit of 25% of total purchase price sale day with remaining balance due in full no later than 2:00pm the Monday following the auction. Failure to submit remaining balance in full the Monday following the auction, will result in forfeiture of the deposit to the State of Ohio.
