Question: What are the three reports needed for Vehicle Asset Certification? |

Response: Active Inventory, Disposed Inventory and Received Inventory are the three reports needed for Certification. They can be found in FleetOhio Info Center under the reporting tab. |

Question: What about an agency like ours (DYS) that uses vans to transport, will they be available in flex-fuel? |

Response: The vehicle contracts for 2008 will be structured to maximize the availability of flex fueled vehicles. Based on the information that we have received to date it is unknown as to whether or not the vans for the 2008 model year will be offered as flex fuel. |

Response: A pool vehicle is any vehicle that can be and is utilize by more than one driver |

Question: Are there hybrid cars on contract that I can purchase?

Response: Currently there are no hybrid cars on the state vehicle contracts. However, there was a Sub Compact Hybrid SUV offered on the 2007 Truck contract. The contracts for fiscal year 2008 will include additional hybrid vehicles. |

Response: Each question posed will receive a personal response prior to posting to the website. The version posted to the website may be paraphrased to clarify the subject being asked about. |

Response: Plans may be adjusted any time there is an event that will create a change in the original plan. Depending upon the complexity of the plan submitted the revisions could occur on a quarterly or mid-year basis. |
