The fleet plan instructions attached below were forwarded on Wednesday May 28, 2008 to the fleet managers/coordinators of those agencies that own or lease motor vehicles or have paid mileage reimbursements in FY08 to employees that are in excess of the mileage breakeven point (7,500 miles) individually or total 40,000 miles at an agency level.
