The fleet plan instructions attached below have been forwarded on Monday, May 14, 2007 to the fleet managers/coordinators of those agencies that own or lease motor vehicles or have paid mileage reimbursements in FY07 to employees that are in excess of the mileage breakeven point (9,700 miles) individually or total 40,000 miles at an agency level.
