New State Printing program
cuts copying costs

-- GSD Office of Printing and Mail Services, July 2005

The Cost-Per-Copy Program offered by the Office of Printing and Mail Services is well on its way to becoming another State of Ohio cost savings program. Most users have cut their monthly copying costs, some by more than 50 percent, since the program began in March.

Participating agencies only pay for the copies they make each month. The copier, training, maintenance and supplies, except paper and staples, are included in the per-copy cost.

For more information, view the Cost-Per-Copy Program brochure at http://das.ohio.gov/gsd/prt/prt.html or contact the program manager, Diane Ford, at (614) 644-6365 or diane.ford@das.state.oh.us.
