Cost-per-copy program expands

The GSD Office of State Printing and Mail Services is pleased to announce the contract award for the second cost savings phase for copiers. The cost-per-copy program now offers four additional categories with faster speeds and color copy options. The additional machines offered are Panasonic, Toshiba, RICHO and Canon.

As with the first contract, the cost-per-copy program eliminates the need to buy or lease copier equipment. Agencies can have copiers placed in their offices and pay only for copies made. There is no purchase or lease requirement and no monthly maintenance payments.
