The next meeting of the School Employees Health Care Board and its Public Schools Health Care Advisory Committee will be held from 11 a.m. to 2:15 p.m. Oct. 24 at the Ohio School Boards Association.
The 10-member School Employees Health Care Board is studying ways to improve the health care benefits for K-12 public school employees.
The Public Schools Health Care Advisory Committee is an 18-member body representing nine constituent groups appointed to advise the board.

Prior to the joint meeting, the Best Practices Committee will meet from 9 to 10:30 a.m. This committee consists of three board members and six advisory committee members who are are developing best practice standards for school district health care benefits.
