The sale will be held at 4200 Surface Rd., Columbus. Doors open at 8 a.m. The auction begins at 9 a.m. Unique items at this Saturday’s auction include camera equipment and wildlife spotting scopes. Other unique items: Lawn equipment 42” John Deere snow throwers Professional floor-care equipment Teak wood benches Boat motors The sale will be conducted by Cassel & Associates of Worthington. State surplus property is managed by the Ohio Department of Administrative Services. In fiscal year 2007, $3.44 million was earned by the state through surplus property and automobile auctions. All items sold must be picked up by 4 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 19. All sales are final. Cash and credit cards are accepted.
