School Employees Health Care Board and
Public Schools Health Care Advisory Committee
Media Availability (Brown Bag)
(Columbus) – The media are encouraged to attend a lunchtime availability
with members of the School Employees Health Care Board and Public
Schools Health Care Advisory Committee at noon Wednesday.
The “media brown bag” will be held during an hour-long break
of the board’s regularly scheduled meeting. Board President Dr. Stephen Loebs will
speak briefly about the board’s history and its future plans. John Sinclair
of Mercer Health & Benefits also will be there to answer questions about the
so-called Mercer Report which the board is using to help shape its impact on
school employee health benefits.
There will be opportunity for questions and answers.
Although lunch will not be provided, members of the media are encouraged
to bring their own and spend the lunch hour learning about an issue which has great impact on all school district budgets.
