The next meeting of the School Employees Health Care Board and the Public Schools Health Care Advisory Committee will be held from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. July 24 at the Ohio School Boards Association.
The agenda includes a review and discussion about the recently approved state budget and ensuing changes to the composition of the board and advisory committee. Other topics include the development of best practice standards.
The nine-member School Employees Health Care Board is appointed to study the feasibility of providing pooled health care benefits for K-12 public school employees.
The Public Schools Health Care Advisory Committee is an 18-member body appointed to advise the board.
