WHAT WE DO
The Payroll Attachment Team is responsible for processing all court
ordered attachment of employee wages. These include state and federal garnishments;
child and spousal support orders; IRS tax levies; and bankruptcies. They review
the orders to ensure that they are in accordance with federal and state statutes,
maintain a database of all records, ensure the proper attachment from employee wages,
and remit those wages to the proper jurisdiction.
