Consulting Services:The Performance and Assessment unit offers the following consulting services to state agencies:
- instruction in job analysis (To download and print a copy of a "Quick Job Analysis" manual, click here. This is a PDF document, 473KB.)
- assistance in the development of content-valid selection tools, including proficiency tests and assessments of QEE (qualifications, education, and experience)
- interpretation of test results
- determining the order of selection in light of the collective bargaining agreements
