Participate in a free health screening at one of the upcoming Take Charge! Live Well! Road Show Events
You may be asking yourself what's a Road Show Event...this is an opportunity for employees and spouses enrolled in one of the state's health plans to learn more about Take Charge! Live Well! and to participate in a free work site health screening. Members of the DAS Benefits Administration Services Team will hit the road and travel to certain work site locations across the state to provide more information and answer questions about this program. Additionally, the three Take Charge! Live Well! providers will be available to conduct health screenings of blood pressure, blood glucose, total cholesterol, HDL and Body Mass Index.
