Welcome to PASS – Level 1
What You Need to Know Before Enrolling
The essentials: PASS Level 1 is a 10 week program held once per week. The focus of this program is to refresh/build core worker skills, knowledge and abilities enhancing on-the-job effectiveness.
Weekly supervisory support is essential to the success of the project! |

| How to Enroll |
- Attendance is required for all 8-weeks of this program. Please verify that your schedule allows you to attend every date listed.
- When your application has been accepted, you will receive a confirmation notice from the DAS Office of Training & Development.
- You must demonstrate that you have received management approval to attend this class.
- After receiving management approval to attend, please complete the application at Training & Development Application and Fax application to (614) 232-1609.
- Both the Personal and Employee Job Information areas must be completed before your application is considered for enrollment.

What is PASS Level 1?
PASS Level 1
This program teaches accepted skills and practices combined with the new knowledge’s needed for today’s workforce. Using a variety of curriculum topics, classroom delivery methods, and blended activities, participants will learn and demonstrate new job techniques for continuous improvement.
- A Pre and Post ACT WorkKeys Writing and Listening assessment is conducted.
