Project Scope:
This project involved the total rehabilitation of the existing 52,182 gross square foot building as a Distance Education Center.

This project won an outstanding design award for classrooms in the American School & University Magazine, August 2004.

Construction Completed: August 2003

Construction Cost: $5.2 million
