Project
Scope:
Construction of a new Ohio National Guard training/community center in partnership with the Union County Family YMCA. The new 41,000 sq. ft. facility replaces the aging facilities in Delaware and Bellefontaine. The center is linked to the YMCA building by an enclosed corridor to facilitate easy access to shared spaces.
The new facility includes a banquet hall with kitchen large enough to accommodate 350 people. The space also can be used for a variety of recreational activities, including basketball and volleyball.
