Scope:
Renovate existing Fine and Performing Arts building with five
levels and 146,000 square feet, including a recital hall, theater
box office, lobby and theater modifications, addition of audio/visual
production teaching complex, theater design studio, music recording
and rehearsal studio, electronic classrooms, all-purpose rehearsal
space and other art and music department improvements.
