Owens Community College
The Center for Fine and Performing Arts

Project Scope: New, two-story 78,000 s.f. building dedicated to liberal arts instruction. The new facility features a 50-seat music hall, 500-seat theater with orchestra pit, art and design studios, 37 offices, 14 classrooms (plus one lecture hall) and 25 labs/practice rooms. Project Completed: August 2003 Construction Cost: $9.2 million
