Project Scope:
Design a 2,100 s.f. addition to the Institute of Industrial Technology and renovate the existing 20,000 s.f. historical warehouse that was built in 1855.

The addition included a new lobby, offices, gift shop and orientation room. The second floor of the historical warehouse was renovated for exhibit space for the museum.


The addition was treated as a contemporary interpretation of a typical historical metal shed addition to an old masonry warehouse.
