Project Scope:
Renovation of approx. 46,000 square feet of existing space, demolition of approx. 42,000 square feet of stacks area and replacement of approx. 32,000 square feet of new construction. It now houses the architectural program, the fine arts library and library storage.

The original building was constructed in 1910 as the campus main library in a Lombardy Romanesque style with additions in 1924 and 1952.

Project Completed: 1998

Construction Cost: $8.1 million
