Project
Scope:
Renovate, update and improve existing facility which was constructed in the early 1970s.
Improvements included a new fitness facility and updated student dormitory rooms. Two gang bathrooms and 34 private bathrooms were replaced in the dormitory and various classroom and laboratory space was renovated. In addition, a new 4,000 s.f. office addition was constructed. |

This project was fast-tracked. Lead was removed and asbestos abatement was performed. All fenestration was removed and replaced.
The project also included various structural upgrades, such as new windows, lighting and a new heating and cooling system. Project Number: 055-2003-061
