Project Scope:
New 125,000 square foot academic building to house five existing departments
.

This building, which includes offices for staff, classrooms and biology and computer laboratories, was conceived to create a strong, collegial, architectural benchmark for the University of Akron's new "Landscape of Learning" master plan.

 


The building is located on a significant intersection near the center of campus and frames a new campus green which acts as an architectural gateway to the University.
