Oscar Zanganeh, P.E., C.E.M., LEED-AP, Energy Specialist
Energy
Specialist Oscar Zanganeh, a professional engineer and certified energy
manager with over 20 years of experience in the design and construction
industry, joined the Office of Energy Services in April 1999.
Oscar
spent 14 years of his career for a private sector firm, beginning work
as an electronic technician and later as a project engineer. Prior to
joining the Office of Energy Services, he worked for the Ohio Department
of Mental Health as a planning engineer managing projects, writing contracts
and designing improvements in operations and efficiencies for facility
hospitals.
In
his current responsibility as energy specialist for the Office of Energy
Services, Oscar manages performance contracts, designs and implements
energy-related capital projects and performs design reviews for various
state agencies to improve their energy consumption.
Oscar
is a 1984 graduate of The Ohio State University with a bachelor of science
degree in mechanical engineering, a 1988 graduate of Franklin University
with a bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering and a 1997
graduate of Franklin University with a master of business administration.
Oscar
is a member of the Ohio Society of Professional Engineers, the American
Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning and the National
Fire Protection Agency.
