Renovations & Construction

The Skilled Trades renovation group with in General Services Division provides services associated with renovation and construction projects. Skilled Trades will oversee projects from the estimating phase through project completion. Skilled Trades can complete construction and modification/renovation of existing spaces within State owned buildings without the hassles of competitive bidding.

Renovation/Construction Services includes changes in walls, windows, and doors; changes in the electrical, plumbing, heating, venting, air conditioning system; site work; changing the use of the space, painting etc.
