The Office of Fleet Management operates a long term vehicle leasing program referred to as the DAS Lease Program. The vehicles are owned and managed by DAS to provide state agencies an alternative to vehicle ownership. State agencies using the lease program will receive a consolidated monthly invoice that includes monthly depreciation, fuel, and maintenance charges that are incurred on each vehicle.
